A Guided Process, From Start to Finish.
1. Consultation
We understand every project has its own unique set of requirements, we will arrange a meeting or site visit to begin the process. Our goal is to ensure your needs are met and we always aim to exceed expectations.
2. Design
Our team of technicians and system designers will carefully select the most suitable solution to fulfill the requirements of your project.
3. Proposal
We submit our project proposal, including time schedule, equipment list, any drawings and a sale/lease agreement.
4. Installation
Once the proposal has been accepted, work begins on building your new system! This includes; running cable, mounting fixtures, cable termination, system configuration, programming and more.
5. Handover
When we have completed installation and you are happy with the project, we handover and conduct any necessary staff training to make sure you and your team hit the ground running.
6. Maintenance
Our systems are built to endure the most demanding of environments. The smart venue understands the importance of periodic maintenance to ensure its strength. We provide on-off maintenance services as well as long-term support packages to keep you firing on all cylinders.
